Your log
Your log is stored on your device. It is not stored in iCloud.
Apple Health
Apple Health is optional and read only. Frillow reads exercise minutes and period days, and only when a screen needs them. It never stores them, uploads them or writes them back, and never uses them for ads.
Backups and CSV
Backups and CSV are files you export yourself. Where they go is up to you.
Purchases
Purchases go through Apple.
Delete everything
Delete everything in Settings removes the log from your device.
